Leandro Lencina,MD, or simply “Dr. Leo" joined AFC Urgent Care in the Summer of 2015. He attended Stony Brook University where he received his BS in Biochemistry. He then attended UMDNJ in Newark where he received his MD and completed his residency. While attending UMDNJ, he specialized in internal medicine but is comfortable seeing children of all ages. He has a keen eye and kind heart that leads patients to love his easy going personality. Born in Argentina, Dr. Leo is fluent in English and Spanish which allows him the unique opportunity to easily converse with the diverse population in and around North Bergen.
