About Leanne Miccio

Leanne brings over 20 years’ experience in women’s health, with a deep commitment ot providing compassionate, personalized care across every stage of life. She holds a Master’s of Science in Midwifery from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia; Midwifery Certificate from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, and her BSN from Thomas Edison University, Trenton, NJ. Leanne has an extensive background in both obstetric and gynecologic care, and will be focusing on office-based OB and GYN services. She has a wealth of experience supporting women through prenatal care, annual exams, contraceptive counseling and menstrual concerns. Her approach si warm, thorough, and rooted in respectful partnership with each patient. Leanne is passionate about creating a space where women feel heard, informed, and empowered in health decisions. Originally from Pennsylvania, she is excited to become a part of the Virginia their community. As a mother and a grandmother, she brings not only clinical expertise but also deep appreciation for the importance of connection and continuity of care.
