About Dr. Lee Nguyen

Dr. Lee T. Nguyen is a chiropractor at The Joint Chiropractic in New Tampa, a position he began on September 24, 2024, after joining The Joint organization in 2024. Patients are welcome to address him as "Dr. Lee." Dr. Nguyen's journey into chiropractic began after witnessing his father's recovery from a severe stroke. When medications offered little improvement, natural treatments, including chiropractic and acupuncture, slowly restored his father's strength and health, inspiring Dr. Nguyen to find his calling in the field. He finds that the best thing about being a chiropractor is "the ability to heal and help people without medications or surgeries," while the "second best thing" is "cracking bones!" He particularly enjoys working at his current New Tampa clinic because he likes "seeing the smiles on patients faces after getting adjusted and becoming pain free!" Academically, Dr. Nguyen graduated from the University of Southern California in 2005 with a B.A. in Biological Science, having studied pre-med. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College. Prior to his current role, he practiced in Studio City, California. He grew up in Oroville, California. In his spare time, Dr. Nguyen is a "gym rat" who enjoys working out. The one thing he must always have in his fridge is steaks, as he needs "strength for the gym and The Joint." When asked about the coolest thing he has ever done, he recounted adjusting a 104-year-old lady, who looked at him and smiled afterward. For a perfect dinner party, he would invite Vincent Van Gogh (his favorite artist), Vivaldi (his favorite composer), Peter Jackson (for another Lord of the Rings trilogy), and Neil Armstrong (to hear what it felt like to walk on the moon).
