I showed up early for my appointment and was seen right away. Fast, friendly service. Nice, clean, comfortable place.

I would describe my experience as disappointing at best. I saw someone for a clogged ear, but there has not been a noticeable improvement in both ears, one remains clogged. An assistant tried several times with an ear wash, but I was sent home with a clogged ear and ear pain. I never received any kind of written information as to whom I had seen, or what the diagnosis was. The physician or physician's assistant never attempted to do anything to alleviate my symptoms, or attempt anything to improve the situation. I can't take another day of from work, so I remain unable to hear with both ears, a condition which negatively affects my job performance. I also never received a copy of the eardrop prescription that I was given, which would be good to have. I wish I could have had a better experience.
