Not great. Receptionist was professional but lacked any warmth. Medical assistant was surly at best. Very sarcastic and didn't take BP correctly. NP seemed put out with presentation of symptoms and didn't address everything. This is in direct contrast to my earlier visit at this urgent care. The receptionist that time was very friendly and professional (yes, you can be both) the medical assistant was knowledgeable, the Dr. was thorough, professional but friendly and willing to answer any and all questions without making me feel rushed.
