They cancelled me a week before the appt! Starting the doctor had to have a board meeting after I was booked for 3 weeks! Highly unprofessional!

This appointment was booked a long time ago, and was immediately rescheduled by the office several times. Then I got to the office for my appointment to have the receptionist start our interaction by telling me my number was wrong. Because she tried to call me the morning of my appointment to tell me the doctor realized it was once again scheduled wrong. The day of the appointment.she repeatedly told me my number was wrong until she called it to prove a point. And my phone rang. I then had to hand fill out all the paperwork I did in advance again. She then went to tell the doctor I still wanted to be seen, and the doctor seemed visibly frustrated I wanted to be seen. I was basically told I could establish care, but they'd need time to gather all my prior medical records,and she seemed uncomfortable with the dose of some of my meds, despite not knowing much of anything about my medical history. She jumped around in questions a lot,which was hard for my adhd. It was a bad experience

My appt was cancelled 30 minutes after it was supposed to start because the provider had an emergency and could not come to work. I get that things happen, but I had already been there waiting for some time before they cancelled. The office said I could be seen by another provider right then who wouldn’t be able to do a full physical, I could make an appt with another provider at another office for another day, or I could wait a month to see this provider.

Great experience overall. I only gave 4 stars for the office experience because I wasn't sure if I was in the right place at first. I didn't see the sign for Internal Medicine on the list outside of the building so I didn't go in right away. Other than that it was pleasant. Masks are required, but they will also give if you don't have one.
