Leslee Blaze is a board-certified PMHNPwith 21 years of experience providing mental health care to individuals from late adolescence through geriatric years. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar illness, PTSD, substance use disorders, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities. Before becoming a PMHNP, Leslee worked in inpatient adolescent, adult, senior, and chemical dependency units and at a large community mental health center, among other clinical settings. Leslee takes pride in utilizing and offering the best and most current evidence-based treatment.
MEDICATION PRESCRIBING: Thriveworks providers do not prescribe opioid use disorder medications, weight-loss medications, injectable psychiatric medications, long-term benzodiazepines, or sleep medications, though these may be prescribed short-term for existing clients when clinically appropriate. Controlled substances, including ADHD stimulants, are available only in select states.
