As a double board-certified Child and Adolescent and General Psychiatrist, I understand the complex and unique needs of each patient. I enjoyed meeting the doctor but I felt completely abandoned by the doctor and her staff with respect to prior authorization. Her staff is incompetent and failed properly communicate my request to the doctor. The doctor herself was hard to reach and unhelpful.
