About Dr. Lewis Eyrich
Dr. Eyrich attended Washington University in St. Louis and graduated in 2004 with a dual major Bachelor's Degree in mathematics and music. He went on to obtain his Doctor of Optometry Degree in 2009 from the University of Missouri St. Louis College of Optometry. Dr. Eyrich has over 10 years of experience practicing optometry in both St. Louis and the Phoenix metropolitan area. He enjoys getting to know his patients and their families and is passionate about providing thorough eye exams along with clear explanations of their eye conditions and treatments. In addition to performing medical eye exams, Dr. Eyrich has extensive experience fitting contact lenses, including specialty contacts for corneal diseases, astigmatism, and presbyopia.
Dr. Eyrich is married with two children, two cats, and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his Dachshunds, dabbling on the computer, and playing piano.

I love the office!
I genuinely went for the reviews stayed for the people. Im personally in healthcare and I felt very comfortable coming to this office. I only prefer family comfort practices. This is exactly that. I love the history on the walls and the fun banter with the team. Everyone was perfect! I learned so much more then when i went to obviously lens crafters- they used to be good now it’s not even worth the copay. If you want a great insurance team, a doctor whom tries the first steps before just referring you out, and a good giggle. Come here :)
I’m so sorry i forgot your optometrist names that helped me with my ordering she was amazing at numbers/bending my glasses back to normal and the gentleman had great conversation. Big family vibe. Vanessa taught me a lot about dilation and showed me trial lenses, which NO Office really does. LOVE LOVE LOVE. His assistant is someone i would honestly hire- down to earth and made me feel comfortable!Can’t wait to get my lens

I've been going to the Scottsdale Eye Physicians for the past seven years. I made the mistake of using those low cost in-store eye care offices for three years. They lost all my eye exams and retina photo mapping history and couldn't have cared less. I highly recommend Dr. Eyrich for keeping your vision in tip top shape especially as we age. Never take your vision for granted. He's very knowledgeable, answers questions with an easy relaxed disposition and he's nice. The staff is always very pleasant and polite. Great location and easy parking.

Dr. Eyrich is a really excellent doctor. We have been seeing him for a few years, and appreciate that we never feel rushed, he always takes the time to explain things and has great follow-through. Welcomed by a cheery efficient receptionist. The assistant took me in right away and performed tests as needed. Dr. Eyrich was prompt, knowledgeable and proactive in my treatment. He is a gentle caring optometrist.

The office seemed to be well managed. The staff that examined me was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient during my exam.
Dr. Eyrich was also knowledgeable and probing with his exam and answering any questions that I had. He was concerned to give me his best treatment. This was appreciated by me.

Dr. Lewis Eyrich, OD is super nice and patient, so is his staff. I have to double check on my prescription for eyeglasses, and the visit was easy and smooth. Booking an appointment that works with my schedule is a breeze, and stress-free visit from start to end. I feel lucky to find this practice! Highly recommend!

Dr Eyrich is professional and patiently listens to my concerns. Eye exam done in details. His assistant also very helpful. Most important is both of them are willing to spend time and get my eyes all checked out. Front desk staff are nice too. Wait time is minimum. Costs are communicated clearly and they don’t make you do extra tests if you don’t need them. 100% recommended with confidence. Definitely will come back next year.
