Made an appointment with Dr. Zagreda for a physical. Dr. Zagreda took her time asking quesions and finding out my family history which is routine. She made sure I was up to date with blood work and screening. I felt very comfortable with her. She was very professional and put me at ease with any concerns I had.

Dr.zagreda needs a lot of bedside manner.
Never address her self when she comes in the
Room or when she lives it. Always didn't address the patient but the "interpreter phone" which I found incredible. When she left Dr.Zagreda thanked the visual / phone interpreter ....and didn't say not even good bye to the patient.
She never even looked at him twice....how unprofessional can a person be??

Dr. Zagreda is amazing. Caring and kind. Very knowledgeable. She undertands ans listens with a caring ear she does not rush you like you are just another number. The office is clean, they need to speed up the wait time and the workflow of the office staff. Front line staff just need a bit more customer service skills.
