What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is empathetic and patient-centered, with a focus on holistic wellness. I prescribe both medications and non-prescription treatments, and our relationship is collaborative—we will develop a treatment plan together. By addressing not only the symptoms, but also the root causes of your challenges, I strive to promote overall well-being and support you in achieving lasting health.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing your history and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Subsequent sessions will focus on working through the issues you’re facing, developing treatment strategies, and making gradual progress toward your goals. Someone from our office will reach out to collect consents and demographic information. Patients I see: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, PTSD, Adjustment Disorder, OCD, Panic Attacks, Autism Spectrum, Disruptive Mood Disorder, Mood disorders, Personality Disorders, Phobia, Caffeine and Cannabis Use disorder.
