I believe mental health care works best when there’s full transparency, clear communication, and a shared understanding of your goals. My style is warm, easygoing, and judgment-free. Above all, I want patients to feel safe being honest about what they’re experiencing so we can work together to find practical, effective solutions that support their well-being.
