“Although I had to wait about 45 minutes on the day of my appointment, the clinic staff were incredibly friendly. From the moment I entered the exam room, the nurse took some time to go over basic information and my medical history. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and she clearly explained what tests would be done and asked if I had any questions. During the exam, the nurse also explained each step as it was happening, which made me feel at ease.
When Dr. Wang came in, she greeted me warmly and conducted a thorough, professional consultation. I felt comfortable sharing the concerns I’ve been having lately, and she helped clarify possible causes and even suggested which specialists I could see for further tests.
I highly recommend MOMNYC – the clinic is clean, comfortable, and overall, it's the best medical experience I’ve had in Manhattan!”

Would not go back. They kept pushing for me to see the mid levels. When Dr Wang came she barely looked me in the eye. The fastest annual ever. Cold demeanor. Asked if parents are still alive in the most blunt way instead of asking about their past medical history. Could tell she wasn’t even properly listening to my heart with the stethoscope. Subpar. Lobby is huge with tons of people-somewhat overwhelming. The MA was nice though. Pushed for extra stuff like ECG that not everyone needs..

I wound up seeing the PA instead, which in my experience can be ok, but this time was not a good experience at all. She maybe spent 5 minutes with me even though I had test results that needed two different referrals - she didn’t even mention the second issue that needed a referral so I was blindsided with that when the front desk was scheduling me on my way out. Bedside manner was not good, I feel like she wasn’t even listening as I was answering her questions and she up and left before I had a chance to ask any questions. I thought she would come back later after they did some extra testing but never showed up. Having test results that needed followups are one thing, but not even having the decency to inform me about the results is just pathetic patient care. I only gave some stars because the main assistant helping me was answering my questions clearly doing as much as she could.
