Lindsay Gross, AuD is extremely professional, caring, and diligent. It's clear that she really cares about her patients' health. I was pleasantly surprised that she took the initiative to book an appointment for me with another physician for further treatment for my sudden onset of tinnitus, right on the spot. I've never actually experienced a doctor or any other healthcare professional going out of their way like this during an appointment. She really wanted to make sure I was seen by right away, as time is of the essence. More clinicians should demonstrate Lindsay Gross' level of patient care.

Dr. Gross is an A+ audiologist. I got molds of my ear canals made to get custom IEM's and the process was quick and pain free. We also did a hearing test which was surprisingly fun? Also, when I walked into the waiting room, she was with an elderly patient and was incredibly communicative with them. Dr. Gross is someone I would trust with my own grandma.Her assistant (who I believe, and hope, was named Rhonda) was also incredibly nice and helpful. Overall, I give this office the highest of marks. I was in and out and got everything I needed out of the visit. No notes.

Lindsay Gross, AuD helped bring really valuable insight into my situation and was happy and gracious in answering my questions. She even made the audiology test a pleasant experience, which is a major contrast to other times I've gone through some kind of screening and sensed being judged, rushed, pressured, and/or ignored by staff. Wonderful experience with this audiologist that has significantly improved my outlook on and overall comfort with my hearing loss. Excellent communicator (perfect balance of warmth and authoritative) who remained receptive my questions and concerns, taking time to answer fully and ensuring I understood what we discussed. Sorely wish I had gone here when my tinnitus first began, but extremely glad to have discovered this office now.

Dr. Gross was STELLAR. She was incredibly understanding of my concerns and got me in and out quickly, while still putting me through the necessary testing for the concerns I had across dizziness, impacted ear canal, and hearing. Immediately after arriving (2 minutes late) the office and she were both ready for me, checked me in, and got started immediately after I got there. Would definitely recommend.
