About Dr. Lindsey Michel
Dr. Lindsey Michel is a gynecologist who specializes in minimally invasive gynecological surgery. She earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Duke University. Following medical school, she completed her internship at University of California Los Angeles Medical Center and residency at Stony Brook University Hospital. Her fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) was completed at Stamford Hospital. Dr. Michel offers compassionate, innovative care to women throughout all stages of life. She uses evidence-based approaches to treat many common and complex gynecologic conditions. Dr. Michel offers minimally invasive treatment approaches, including robotic and laparoscopic surgery, which provide patients with the advantages of smaller abdominal incisions, reduced pain, and a faster recovery after surgery.

Dr. Michel is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also genuinely compassionate and patient. I never feel rushed. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains everything clearly, making sure I feel comfortable and informed.
