Hello! I'm Lindsey Tatum, a Nurse Practitioner deeply committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Maryville University and am board-certified in both Family Nursing and Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. My career has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in patient management, clinical judgment, and effective communication. My practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, ADHD, addiction medicine (Opioid and Alcohol Use Disorder-Suboxone provider), and many other areas with an approach that is client-centered and individualized. I am so proud of you for seeking help and cannot wait for us to work together to help you find the best version of yourself. In my telehealth psychiatric practice, I am committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care tailored to each individual's needs. A few of the principles I focus on include Client-Centered Care, Continuous Engagement, and Empowerment/Education. I prioritize understanding each client's unique experiences, values, and goals. By building a collaborative relationship, I ensure that treatment plans are aligned with their personal needs and preferences. My clients should leave our sessions feeling supported, heard, and valued. I also encourage self-reflection and realization to allow personal growth and foster positive changes. What should a new client know about working with you?

I require new patient intake paperwork 24 hours prior to your appointment. As well as having your billing and credit card information on file with Headway (third party biller).

    More information on payments and coverage

    Unable to accept MCR and MCD. You will be charged $100.00 for missed appointments, e.g. appointments that are not canceled 24 hours in advance (i.e. for Monday appointments, you must cancel by the appropriate time the preceding Sunday). If you miss or “late” cancel two sessions, you may be discharged from the practice. You will be outreached and sent new patient paperwork and will have to have the paperwork completed within 48 hours of making the appointment or the appointment will be rescheduled until paperwork completed.
