Lindsey Welch, MSN

Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
CO
Sometimes the hardest part is not knowing what you're feeling - it's understanding why. I'm Lindsey Welch, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide personalized, comprehensive psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. I partner with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, sleep concerns, and stress/burnout. In addition to general outpatient care, I have a dedicated interest in women's mental health, including perinatal and postpartum care. My approach is centered on understanding the whole picture rather than treating symptoms in isolation. I take the time to learn what you're experiencing, how it's affecting your daily life, what factors may be contributing to it, and what you hope will change. When medication is appropriate, I believe you should fully understand why it's being recommended, what your options are, and what to expect. Treatment decisions are always collaborative and highly individualized—medication is a tool, not an automatic answer. Whether you're seeking psychiatric care for the first time or looking for a fresh perspective on your current treatment, my goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care where you feel heard, informed, and actively involved in every decision we make together. Please note: At this time, ADHD evaluation, treatment, and medication management are available to patients located in Colorado only. Understanding the Why. Finding the Way Forward.
