However, the receptionist who handled my insurance card was unfriendly and appeared indifferent, which created a very negative first impression. The exit receptionist seemed disengaged as well. Overall, the front desk staff could benefit from additional customer-service training to ensure patients feel welcomed and respected throughout the visit.””
