Dr. Guo became a doctor to build life-long relationships with her patients. She wants to help people when they are sick and guide them to better health. My first appointment went very well. The doctor was straightforward and to the point, which I appreciated, while still taking the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns. She addressed my most pressing issues with a clear plan and also mapped out next steps for other concerns at a follow-up appointment, which the office helped schedule before I left. The staff was friendly, professional, and pleasant throughout my visit. My wait time was only about 15 minutes from my appointment time. Overall, a great first experience, and I’m looking forward to continuing my care here. ?????

The doctor was professional, and the CNA who completed my vitals was also courteous and respectful. However, the receptionist who handled my insurance card was unfriendly and appeared indifferent, which created a very negative first impression. The exit receptionist seemed disengaged as well. Overall, the front desk staff could benefit from additional customer-service training to ensure patients feel welcomed and respected throughout the visit.”
