I strive to empower individuals to take charge of their health by creating an environment where we can have meaningful discussions about recommended preventive care and screenings and appropriate treatments and interventions. My aim is to be a trusted partner and health advocate in your medical decision-making. I especially enjoy addressing concerns involving musculoskeletal injuries, dermatologic issues, sexual and reproductive health questions, how to maintain one's quality of life as we age, and comprehensive lifestyle interventions for chronic metabolic diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes. How I stay healthy and happy: My favorite way to stay active is playing tennis or pickleball with family and friends. I also like to incorporate strength training and mobility work into my routine.
