Super easy appointment
I went as a new patient for my physical and everything went well. Dr Alex was warm and receptive and seemed very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using her as my primary physician going forward.

They do not follow through. No called backs. I had labs done at a Northwell labs center. This MD office uploaded partial lab it’s been over a month since I have been wait for them to upload / review my labs or at least place the remaining labs to My Chart for me to review. I have called 3x spoke to the office rep 2x with no positive outcome. Third time l called the call center answer and she tried 3 time to get hold of someone at that office unsuccessfully. She took my name and number and request an urgent call back for me and I’m still waiting…….. (mind you it already the end of their business day).
