Lisa’s interest in mental health began after witnessing a close friend’s battle with bipolar disorder, fueling her desire to support those affected by mental illness. Lisa collaborates with clients to identify strengths, reframe challenges, and develop coping strategies for long-term well-being, encouraging mindfulness, self-care, and healthy lifestyles. Lisa is especially passionate about supporting young people experiencing bullying and members of the LGBTQ+ community, providing a safe, affirming space for all. Known for her compassion, warmth, and resilience, Lisa brings empathy and encouragement to every client. She is dedicated to helping individuals find hope and recovery, even in difficult times. Outside work, Lisa enjoys time with her husband Phil, daughter Robin, and their dogs Raider and Milo. She loves exploring new restaurants, solving word searches, FaceTiming granddaughters, and actively participates in her local church, cherishing family and community time.
