“I was struggling with this whole INSOMNIA, empty nest, menopause, infidelity(on partners side) and overall life’s struggles and Dr Lisa( such a Gods send) happened to pop up literally on my facebook page. Well not her exactly but Talkatary. Not only has she helped me better understand how and why but also has given me tools to help better understand and ge a grip where I felt helpless. I feel with our sessions not only do I not have to put on a bra or go anywhere, she also doesn’t judge but helps me comprehend. Love her! ”

Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

I appreciate Dr. Lisa bcbz she lways remember where we "left off" and is ready to ask update questions. She compliments me on my focus and resiliency. Very kind to remind me I am just as important as those I serve and time for me is equally significant. I dont know how Iwould act without her guidance. She listens and hears what I need. I'm so grateful and appreciative she is on my side.
I had a great experience. Dr. E makes me feel comfortable right away, I love that she remembers the details from past visits and follows up with thoughtful questions that show she truly cares. I appreciate her willingness to explore different treatment options based on my needs. I feel genuinely cared for, and I’m really grateful to have found her.
I was very disappointed in my experience. She was 25 minutes late to our appointment and made no attempt to inform me of her being late. She was then very short and seemed consistently annoyed with my responses as if she didn’t care to listen. Our appointment was scheduled to take an hour but instead she cut me off at the 25 minute mark after this generic questionnaire and said she couldn’t provide treatment. I moved from Colorado and just needed to continue a previously established treatment plan. She recommended that I undergo further testing prior to treatment, which I completely understand the need for to establish treatment. However, she then never followed up with referrals. It was a complete waste of time and I felt like it was about pumping as many patients in as possible. I understand not being able to onboard me as a patient but to not follow up with referrals is really inconsiderate, especially after making me wait and cutting our appointment short.

Did not make a comfortable visit. She asked about deeply personal heavy topics in a quick, patronizing way. I was not comfortable during this visit, which she acknowledged but did not accommodate for. Did not help me get any insight n my condition, never sent me the follow up referrals or paperwork. Bad experience overall.

First appointments were great. Clear, communicative, and understanding. After the last appointment, I did not appreciate our conversation. It felt more hostile and a lack of understanding and compassion. The provider also forgot about details about my medication history, prescriptions they prescribed me, etc. Perhaps just an off day, but I did not appreciate that when it came to my care.

I was surprised at how judged I felt about my journey with medication as a person of color during my appointment. There where assumptions made and not a lot of questions asked. It made me uncomfortable. Other than that it was ok.
