At Ruth Wellness Integrative Psychiatry, we take a collaborative and whole-person approach to mental health so you can feel supported, understood, and empowered in your care.
My name is Lisa Mascioli, PMHNP, and I have ten years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan. I am currently accepting new clients in **Ohio and Illinois** for comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and integrative mental health care.
At Ruth Wellness, treatment goes beyond prescriptions alone. I am trained to incorporate **complementary and evidence-based approaches** alongside psychiatric medications when appropriate. These may include lifestyle interventions such as **exercise, nutrition, targeted supplements, therapy collaboration, and genetic testing** to help identify what works best for your unique biology.
I also provide **comprehensive ADHD evaluations and testing** for adolescents and adults who may be struggling with focus, attention, organization, or executive functioning. Identifying ADHD can be an important step toward finding the right treatment and improving daily functioning.
During our sessions, I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care. Together we will identify what may be contributing to your symptoms and create a personalized plan to help you regain balance and move forward with confidence.

What should a new client know about working with you?
During the first session Lisa will ask you a number of questions to try to get to know you. This appointment will be roughly 60min. From there we will come up with a plan together. Lisa really likes the patient and family to be a part of the plan. Follow up appointments will be about 30min every 1-3 months.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

She was wholly unprofessional, mean-spirited. The kind of psychiatric worker who get's very upset when she doesn't feel like she's in complete control of things. I've never written a review of something in my life, but I feel that I need to warn people about this person. She is a nightmare.
