Most relevant
I had several reminders via email and text concerning the appointment. When the time came, I did not receive any kind of link or other communication. I tried checking text, email, and app numerous times but could not find a way to connect. The only phone number I had turned out to be for Talkiatry, who told me that I was both double booked and out of network so they canceled the appointment, with no communication with me. I don't understand their explanation. I don't understand why I really didn't have a meeting. I don't understand why I got this email. I am extremely upset.
