About Lisa Perna
I am a nurse practitioner specializing in addiction medicine and behavioral health. I have nearly a decade of experience treating patients with a history of substance abuse and mental health conditions. My goal is to help patients find mental, emotional, relational, physical and spiritual wholeness and a hopeful future.
I graduated from the University of Michigan as a family nurse practitioner before pursuing additional training at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine. I obtained a national certification as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist from the Association for Addiction Professionals (NAADAC) and Association for the Treatment of Tobacco Use and Dependence (ATTUD).
I can provide detoxification, post-acute withdrawal management, medication-assisted treatment (suboxone, naltrexone, etc), tobacco cessation and treatment for depression, anxiety and insomnia.
