I felt I needed to see someone as soon as possible for escalating anxiety. I found Dr. Goldstein on Brightside through Zoodoc. She familiarized herself with my medical history, my medications, life events, and previous mental health concerns before my visit which gave me tremendous confidence in her as a professional. She exercised diligence when prescribing medication and made certain I felt comfortable contacting her if I needed to do so before next scheduled visit. She was amiable, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. I highly recommend her.

She seemed very rushed during our visit and at times had a condescending tone in her voice. I had messaged her through the app and by the end of the day had transferred me to another doctor without my knowledge and also blocked me through chat. Very unprofessional and hope this review helps people because it appears you can drop anyone at any time and just pass them off to a new doctor which to me isn’t right either, especially without letting the client know.
