“I had a very urgent situation and was able to be seen for an initial consult the next day despite booking late at night. My initial provider selection was not available, but I quickly was matched with a wonderful alternative who was fully prepared for the appointment. I had some trouble with my laptop microphone, and she was very patient and understanding. Exceptional service all around. 100% would recommend. ”

I had my first session with Ms Shallow, and I already feel a huge sense of relief. She is incredibly caring, punctual, and wise—able to understand and assess situations with a bird’s-eye view. I felt truly heard and supported throughout the session. She offered practical tools and advice that immediately helped me feel lighter, like I could finally breathe again. I left the session feeling clearer and more hopeful. I’m so grateful I found her.

We had a terrible experience, more so with the practice than specifically with Lois. They canceled our appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Then offered a different day and time but miscommunication when it was scheduled for. Since we didn’t know the correct day/time, they charged us for a no-show and were only willing to waive the fee if we waited over a week to see a different provider than who we originally scheduled with.
Terrible customer service especially considering the line of work they are in. Totally unwilling to accept responsibility for their errors. And complete disregard for the mental health and wellbeing of patients under their care. Please look elsewhere if you possibly can!
