Mark takes the time to walk me through exactly what he’s doing and why, he's deeply knowledgeable and incredibly calming, I'm always at ease during our sessions. He combines acupuncture with hands-on bodywork in a way that’s both healing and restorative. Every time I see him, I sleep like an angel and wake up feeling lighter, more grounded, and refreshed! The acupuncture is very relaxing and puts me in a drifty state. Last time I had sciatica and it cured me, together with the very deep manual work he does after the acupuncture. I will go back.

I was traveling from out of town but was able to make a same day appointment. The doctor was a great communicator. He did acupuncture and bodywork. Used enough pressure to make a difference. Not pain free yet but I knew it would take a few sessions. Great session.
