“I set up a same day appointment and never received an email or text with instructions on how to join the virtual appointment. When I called in to get those, they never returned my call with details about the appointment. The time scheduled went past and about 2 hours after the appointment they texted to reschedule but I already had gone with a different provider. I'm sure the np is very nice but the office system and zoc doc don't work and the office doesn't get back in time.”
