I believe in creating an individualized plan of care that values client involvement, interprofessional collaboration, and evidence-based practice. My goal for my clients is to feel empowered to treat their illnesses through supportive education in a stigma-free environment. I enjoy serving patients of all ages and with any mental health concerns. I work with individuals with Bipolar, ADHD, GAD, MDD, and more. I have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Additionally, I'm detail-oriented, have good problem-solving skills, and demonstrate genuine care for my patients. I became interested in mental healthcare because I noticed how many people around me were quietly struggling—friends and family dealing with anxiety or depression. I wanted to be someone who could listen and help them sort through their challenges without judgment. The field fascinates me because it combines both science and compassion; it feels like working on a puzzle where the prize is someone’s well-being. What keeps me motivated is seeing the positive changes in my patients—like when someone finally gets a good night’s sleep or a teenager feels calm enough to face their home life. I enjoy the challenge of finding the right treatment for each person, setting achievable goals, and advocating for those who often go unnoticed.
