About Dr. Lucelle Del Rosario
Lucelle M. del Rosario, MD, is Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Far Eastern University. Dr. Del Rosario completed her internship at New Rochelle Hospital and her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, where she was appointed Chief Resident. She also completed a fellowship at Saint Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center. Since 2011, Dr. Del Rosario has served as an assistant clinical professor of ObGyn at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine, contributing to the program since its inception.

I asked her about something important in regards to my care and she completely forgot and asked me something that didn't even make sense based on the conversation we had. There is also zero communication between the intake person and the doctor. I indicated I needed to check something and the doctor left the room without ever looking into it, even though the condition was explained during my intake.

She’s always great! Hands down my favorite GYN. Very knowledgeable! Nurses are amazing as well. I’ve traveled from NJ sometimes. Always a 5 star review.

After one visit, Dr. Rosario got me onto the right pill, took great interest in how my diet and lifestyle played into my existing conditions and took the time to discuss any questions I had. I had been with the same mid-wife since I was 14 and was very happy with her, but when she retired I started seeing her partner and was very unhappy(no knowledge of any of my medical history or medication use) Even my other specialists recommended me going elsewhere(they were very displeased with symptoms he had overlooked and a diagnosis of PCOS with no testing or relevant symptoms) I feel much more secure with Dr. Rosario.

Due to insurance changing, this was my first visit w/ Dr. Del Rosario. I was so relieved to find a Dr. that didn't dismiss my symptoms, as the ER Dr's did 2 weeks ago when I went in for sharp pain in my abdomen. She listened to me, and actually processed what I was saying. She wasn't in a rush and I didn't feel like "just another patient". Her demeanor is a bit "dry" but she was pleasant. I'm returning next week for an ultrasound and she said we would come up w/ a plan after that.

I was very pleased with my visit! I recently moved to the area and had no idea of whom to see with my issues I was having. I found this doctor on ZocDoc and am so pleased I did.
