    I made apt on ZocDoc it was set for Friday the 7th of March . I received text message to confirm apt . I got reminder . I show up cross town for me 30 min away for the receptionist to tell me they don't deal with ZocDoc . I'm like I have text reminder n drove all the way over to her office to get told this . I'm already going through issues in my life , then to try to get help n I'm denied the help cause they don't deal with ZocDoc but Psychtrist on the website . I'm not happy about the situation but it was way to far for me to drive . So I wasn't going to complain to the staff . It is not fair for others so please address the issue.
