I’ve been seeing Lucy every week for almost two years and have had such an amazing experience working with her. I came in because I was facing viral issues like chronic fatigue and brain fog after a bad case of mono, and other doctors said there was no treatment for these symptoms. After seeing her regularly, my symptoms improved tremendously and the herb supplements and weekly acupuncture sessions helped me feel healthier and stronger. Over time, she has treated me for different things, including muscle strains, digestion issues, skin problems, fatigue, and the list goes on. She takes the time to understand your current health status and any issues, and is extremely kind, a great listener, and very accommodating! She’s honestly my go to doctor that I trust the most. Her office staff Nayeli is also very kind, and overall the vibe of the office is very calming. :) I highly recommend booking a session with Lucy!

I have been impressed by Lucy's high quality care, very strong work ethic, and dedication to her craft. Working from home throughout the pandemic has caused intense neck strain, severely tight shoulder muscles, and regular migraines. I switched over to seeing Lucy because she has the warmth, compassion, and commitment to helping her patients.
Lucy's acupuncture services has alleviated my neck pain, loosened my shoulder muscles, and reduced my migraine frequency. Additionally, she has expertise in fertility-related acupuncture which I'm utilizing to prepare my body for egg freezing. I usually don’t like to give a rating after my first visit, especially on acupuncture treatments where results are not immediately visible. I have been seeing Dr. Liu for over a month now and since the 1st visit she was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. Bridging between western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine she has been such a great influence in my recovery and overall body/mind balance. I am looking forward to keep seeing her and I highly recommend her to anybody interested in learning more about TCM and healing their body (and mind) in more holistic way.

Lucy is an amazing, super competent and extremely caring acupuncturist. In the last 4 years, she has helped me with my herniated disc, TMJ, allergies, stress and now the latest is frozen shoulder. Each condition I had, she gave me relief and got me better. Currently, I have been going for physical therapy for my frozen shoulder but since I started seeing Lucy, I noticed that the pain was subsiding and my arm is much looser. Lucy gave me advice on what pillow to use, how to position my arm when I sleep, the layout of my workstation at home since I have been working remotely since the pandemic. She takes the time to understand your pain and she really cares about your wellbeing. Lucy has never failed me. In every condition I had, I got better with her help. I have recommended 4 of my friends to her and they all loved her too. I would not doubt her skill as an acupuncturist. I love Lucy!

I have had untreated scoliosis from childhood. I used to regularly work out, which helped stabilize me, but since switching to a new job a few years ago, I had to change my routine. For the past 5 years, my scoliosis would cause back pain and tension along my entire back. I went to Lucy for my first acupuncture experience. She asked clear questions, responded without judgment, explained things patiently to me, gave suggestions to address a number of my issues, not just my back pain. I found the overall experience to be so positive and I will be returning for regular appointments.
