I work with patients of diverse ages and backgrounds, including college students, U.S. veterans, people experiencing homelessness, and those involved with the justice system. I recognize the importance of race, culture, and gender identity in mental health and carefully consider these factors throughout treatment. My background includes mindfulness and developmentally focused psychodynamic theory, and I am experienced in exploring concepts of meaning and self-worth, societal expectations, and unlearning unhelpful trauma responses.
