    We are a private pay practice and do not currently accept insurance. However, we are able to provide a superbill (detailed itemized receipt reflecting services received which can be used to submit claims for reimbursement from your insurance company). There is no guarantee that services will be reimbursed by insurance. We only accept debit/credit cards. Credit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Debit/credit card must be on file prior to initial visit as payment is collected at the beginning of the visit. Cancellation/No Show policy and fees are described in new patient paperwork.
