An actually good doctor's office. I've been to multiple other places and gotten frustrated each time. This place seems to have people who actually care about their job and aren't just miserably showing up to collect a paycheck. Lyudmyla is a fantastic practitioner who seems like she knows her stuff, and actually listens to you - highly recommend her.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I checked in for my 10:15am appointment at the kiosk at 10am as it says to do. I sat down. I listened to the reception staff have several unprofessional conversations and then one mentioned my insurance and that they were not sure if they took it. Then I hear a woman behind the glass complain that she "hates that they take internet appointments because even though people check in, they never show up". As I was there and had checked in I didn't think she was talking about me. Apparently she was, even though I was sitting there. I waited until 30 minutes past my appointment. I ask for the office manager at that point. Waited 15 minutes for her and she never showed her face to talk to me, so all in all I spent an hour at this stupid place where I had an appointment and never got to be seen. A waste of space and time. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with these clowns, they just aren't worth it.

This is definitely one of the best doctors I've been to. I've been feeling really bad so yesterday I went on zoc doc to find a doctor and I found her. They replied right away had this very nice young man call me and get updates on my health and reminded me of my appointment time. This doctor's bedside manners were awesome and made sure I understood everything we were talking about. Definitely recommend, definitely 5 ?????????? 's

Ms Lyudmilla was nothing short of AAMZING ! She may not sensed it but I was so anxious. But the minute we spoke her tone of voice as well as body language is what put me at ease for the rest of the appointment. She even shared a recipe of Nutella with me because we had a short discussion of it. Thank you so much !!
