I would not go back. I booked this appointment to help with my dandruff and the doctor came to talk to me for literally less than 1 minute. She came in, looked at my scalp and said "yep, you have dandruff." Didn't discuss any remedies to help with the issue besides prescribing a medicated shampoo.

I gave a 5/5 star rating, but here is my honest review:
Frankly, I came in with mild symptoms of acne and potential seb derm/folliculitis (based on self research). I was expecting a more thorough clinical diagnosis, but instead they gave me a very short physical examination and sent me on my way.
I will preface by saying that this was my first dermatologist appointment and again, it could have been that my symptoms were mild and didn’t require an extensive diagnosis. However, I was a little disappointed at what I felt was a lack of attentiveness.
Overall, Dr. Nguyen and staff was incredibly warm and friendly. Their booking system seems to work seamlessly with ZocDoc as well. I believe this office was just not a good fit for me personally.
