“I have been seeing Dr. Harford for several years for medication management as well as therapy. Anyone who has sought out the services of a mental health physician can understand that it is often difficult to find a provider that they can relate to and feel comfortable with. Dr. Harford is exactly that person. She is knowledgeable, professional, caring and challenging to the extent that she encourages you to dig deep and to ask yourself difficult questions (and then answer them!) She is accommodating and respectful of your time, and always prompt with appointments. To the degree that an introvert like me is able to enjoy talking about myself, I can honestly say that I find my visits with her extremely enjoyable, often enlightening, and always resulting in my feeling better than I do when I arrive for my appointment. Dr. Harford is truly wonderful. 10/10 would highly recommend”

I've received counseling from Dr. Harford for several years for anxiety and she has always been very polite and helpful. She really listens to your concerns and helps identify solutions that you can do to take action in order to reduce anxiety. I highly recommend her as a psychiatrist to anyone that is seeking help.

Very good experience with the Doctor. Hoping to continue seeing her after my evaluation is finished. I have a lot of issues, and I think I would really be helped by listening to her advice on my medication.

Dr. Hartford is very professional with decades of experience. She is familiar with many changes in the field over time and has developed a level of wisdom and understanding newer clinicians rarely possess. She is not quick to whip out the prescription pad but attempts to carefully consider all other options before using chemical interventions. Her competent interviewing style enabled us to cover a lot of ground in a short period of time, resulting in the making of relevant suggestions on how I might proceed in addressing my issues.
