About Dr. Madonna Fabian
I provide GeneSight testing during both in-office and virtual visits. GeneSight is a saliva test that uses your genes to help find the best psychiatric medication, including antidepressants, anxiolytics, and more. A follow-up appointment is required.
In my office, I also offer saliva drug testing performed by Forensic Fluids.
Dr. Madonna Fabian grew up in Los Angeles, California. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Riverside. She attended Ross University School of Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree. She then completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Dr. Fabian has worked in multiple hospitals in the Chicago area, including NorthShore HealthSystem and MacNeal Hospital, affiliated with Loyola Medicine.
Dr. Fabian is trained in the management of acute illness. Her goal is to treat patients promptly to prevent hospital admission. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she is married and has a beloved Jack Russell Terrier. Her lifelong goal is to change the world for the better through medicine.

Dr. Fabian is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. I was very happy with my visit with DR FABIAN. She took the time to listen to me and my concerns and addressed each of one of them. She was not trying to rush to see the next patient and this is very important to me. She explained to me my situation and clearly stated what would be my next steps. She even advise me on making some changes in my diet that helped a lot.
