“Dr was understanding, requested X-rays, to see if we could get to the source of my joint pain . I hadn’t carried anything heavy or worked out at all. I appreciated the fact that she didn’t offer meds & send me on my way like some doc would.”

The Dr. was very friendly, easy to talk too and very understanding.

The receptionist did not acknowledge me. I was uneasy as she kept shouting personal question across the waiting room rather than call me over and speak one on one with me. The physician was brusque, and made me uncomfortable. She didnt seem interested in my concerns and I felt like I interupted her and she was in a hurry to get back to an important task.

I went there cause I wasn’t pleased with my prior doctor and I wanted to get a second opinion on my treatment,I also though being that she is a female which is the opposite sex of my prior , that I would have felt more comfortable and she would have been more understanding of what I’m going through instead she just did blood work, gave me a month to come back and see her so now I’m gonna end up still going back to my old doctor since I have to get treatment before the date she gave me to come back, it took away from the whole purpose of me coming to her initially, I just felt that she didn’t care or put in any effort at all to help me

This appointment was a series of errors right from the start. Poorly run office staff, non-responsive doctor. 1. The dr's office moved and it wasn't noted on Zocdoc. I still got to my appointment on time even though went to the wrong address first. 2. Waited 30 minutes for the office to even ask for my paperwork- During this time there was NO temperature taken, separation of chairs for COVID precautions.... I waited in the hall at first but it ended up taking two hours before I saw the dr. Dr Haq apologized and was nice and professional during the appointment. 3. I had to have blood taken; told them that my veins "rolled" and were difficult. Nurse could NOT take my blood. After failed painful attempts in both arms I told them they would have to make use of what they had. They told me they could not and I went to a lab who easily took the 5 vials of blood they needed. (charged insurance anyway for bloodwork) 4. I was told it would take at least 3 weeks for the blood work to come back so I made my appointment 5 weeks later- One week later when I received the results; I was concerned about what seemed to be positive Lyme disease results and didn't want to wait for follow up to discuss. Called office and asked for a return phone call to discuss if prescription would be needed if Lyme disease was positive. NO call back after one week and three phone calls! This was the most unprofessional response from a doctor. I asked if ANYONE from the office can return my call to let me know if I was reading the results correctly but they said ONLY the dr could return my call; which she did not. At this point I cancelled my follow up appointment and made an appointment with a different dr.which I told the office I would do in my third phone call 6 days after the first call. If the dr was too busy for a call back after a week, I didn't have an interest in returning to this poorly run office.
