The office makes a lot of mistakes and one staff member was quite unprofessional. A front desk employee was rudely complaining that it “smelled like sick and old people.” They called the wrong prescription in for me twice. I wasted money on a prescription I could not use because of their mistakes. When I called about a vaccine, I had to wait for ages and then I was randomly transferred to the urology department who told me I called the wrong number. Okay ??! When I told him I had been transferred, he suggested that I call back and do it all over again. No thanks. Just can’t do it with the staff here. I gave this place a few tries because it’s close to where I live but I’ve just accepted that I’ll need to drive further.

The doctor was wonderful! Very attentive, ready to support and help in all matters (I recommend the doctor himself). But I was disappointed that when I came to see the doctor, I was not warned that I needed to pay for the entire doctor’s appointment in full. My insurance company is also at fault because they were the ones who recommended this doctor to me and told me that my insurance works with this specialist. I had to pay a large amount of money, which I did not expect at all. This will teach me not to trust insurance and also to ask 10 times before going to the doctor (in the office) how my insurance works with them.
