About Mallory Jones
Mallory Jones, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, provides **telemedicine-only complex care for adults with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), POTS and other forms of dysautonomia, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome/hypermobility, chronic fatigue, and complex multisystem symptoms.**
**Lighthouse EverLucent Health is a self-pay/cash-pay practice. Insurance is not billed. HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.**
**Initial Complex Care Evaluation: $399**
One-time 75–90 minute telemedicine visit with full records review. No membership is required.
Mallory sees patients with symptoms such as flushing, hives, itching, food or medication reactions, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dizziness, fainting, palpitations, headaches or migraines, brain fog, fatigue, exercise intolerance, hypermobility, and chronic pain. Patients may already have diagnoses such as MCAS, POTS, dysautonomia, or hEDS/HSD, or may still be seeking answers for overlapping symptoms.
The initial evaluation includes review of medical history, prior labs, imaging, medications, specialist notes, previous treatment trials, and symptom timeline, followed by a written prioritized treatment plan.
For patients who want ongoing management, **Complex Care Membership** options are available:
$199/month
$1,149 for 6 months (saves $45)
$1,999 annually (saves $389)
Membership includes follow-up visits as clinically appropriate, direct messaging about the active treatment plan, medication and treatment adjustments, review of new labs and records, reassessment as symptoms change, referral coordination, and routine prior-authorization support for treatments Mallory is actively managing.
All care is provided by telemedicine. In-person testing, examination, emergency care, or specialty evaluation may still be required when appropriate.
