About Mallory Jones
Lighthouse EverLucent Health™ provides self-pay telehealth evaluation and ongoing treatment for adults with ADHD.
Initial ADHD evaluations include a detailed review of current symptoms, childhood history, functional impact, prior evaluation and treatment, medication history, relevant medical and mental health history, and standardized ADHD screening. Follow-up visits focus on treatment response, medication effectiveness, side effects, monitoring, and ongoing care planning.
Treatment is individualized and may include behavioral strategies and medication management when clinically appropriate. Controlled medications may be considered when clinically appropriate and when applicable federal and state prescribing requirements are met. An evaluation does not guarantee an ADHD diagnosis, prescription, or any specific medication.
Lighthouse EverLucent Health™ is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA payments may be used for eligible services.
