**Same-Day Telehealth Visit: $99**
**SELF-PAY ONLY | NO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES**
Visits are designed for **one focused concern** that can reasonably be evaluated and treated virtually. The $99 fee is for the medical evaluation and applies whether or not a prescription is provided.
Common visit reasons may include:
* Sinus symptoms
* Cough, cold, and upper respiratory symptoms
* Sore throat
* Urinary symptoms
* Pink eye
* Rashes and minor skin concerns
* Heartburn or reflux
* Mild nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
* Vaginal or yeast infection symptoms
* Medication questions
* Other non-emergency concerns appropriate for telehealth
Each visit includes review of the concern and relevant medical history, telehealth evaluation, treatment recommendations, and prescriptions when medically appropriate. **A prescription or specific medication is not guaranteed.**
Insurance is not billed. HSA/FSA cards may be used when eligible.
All care is provided by telemedicine. Some conditions may require an in-person examination, testing, imaging, urgent care, emergency care, or specialist evaluation.
Same-day appointments are offered when scheduling permits.
