About Dr. Mamatha Chella
Dr. Chella graduated from Government Medical college, Anantapur in India and completed her residency in internal medicine at Cleveland Clinic where she got diverse inpatient, consult, ambulatory, research, and longitudinal clinic experiences. Since completing her residency, Dr. Chella has gained a wide range of experiences working at Mary Washington Hospital, private practices, urgent care facilities, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities. She has expertise in dealing with chronic medical conditions, acute issues, and preventive medicine. Through these practices she provides efficient care delivery and improved clinical outcomes, enhancing care coordination and facilitating comprehensive transitions of care.
She has a special interest in preventative medicine to better the patient’s experience. She believes in teamwork, listening to patients, building relationships with them, and helping patients meet their health goals.
In her free time, Dr. Chella enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and volunteering at her church.

This practice is horrible, they are extremely cheap and thus use AI and dont confirm what AI is doing. I clearly made a virtual appointment and I called and confirmed on Monday via their AI Melissa it was virtual as it can be confirmed here. No one from the office ever co tacted me everything g is automated. The day of my appointment it took me 40 minutes to reach anyone and they barley spoke English. He told my appointment was in person, and expected me to be aware my first appointment had to be in person this was never clarified, also they expect you to ch age a Dr.ypi have n3ver met to you office PCP is absolutely ridiculous.

The doctor was nice and knowledgable. The office was really cold though, And the front desk lady was a little rude. The rest of the staff were good. The best part was the in office lab, where I could get my blood tests done for my physical. I received my results with detailed explanations after a few days.

she leaves no room to explain things even when i told her i tried to change my insurance provider to a specific name but i needed a little extra time shes like rude and like what did u come see me for today completely ignoring what i told her like i was just trying to give an update on something that she insisted that i do like the attitude is uncalled for

I had a great experience. I’m extremely picky with providers. I loved that she actually listened to all my concerns, without cutting me off or talking over me. I’ve been looking for a new provider, especially one that listens to me and is not dismissive. I look forward to her being my permanent provider. And yes I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that needs a provider.

Dr. Chella and staff was great. The front desk got me checked in with ease and the wait was extremely short. Dr. Chella and her nurse were courteous and efficient. I felt they quickly gathered the information they needed to help me and assist with issues I had like refilling prescriptions and plan future tests to keep an eye on my diabetes control.

This was honestly the best doctor visit I’ve ever had. The office is clean, ALL of the staff is friendly, and Dr. Chella is truly a gem! You can tell that the whole staff CARES, and that’s an underrated rarity.

My appointment was completely cancelled due to paperwork not being filled out prior. Never has it ever taken more that 5-6 minutes to fill this type of info out in my life but I digress. As a new patient, if this is mandatory then it needs to be expressed verbally at some point. Relying upon electronic communications with no verbal follow up is unacceptable business practices. When I confirm my appt please expect a person to show up and Please allow grace as people use their personal time off to make appointment windows and every one isn't privy to office practices. The front office staff wasnt necessarily helpful or pleasant but not particularly rude if I had to describe their demeanor. I won't be back. I found another practice who was much more helpful and communicative as I was seen later in the day.
