This was the worst experience I’ve had with any kind of health care. I got multiple emails saying it was confirmed and to prepare for my appointment but when I called to get my telehealth link (because I was never sent one) I had two different people tell me it was canceled and could not provide any reasoning. I needed to be seen today because I was out of meds and they could not help me in the slightest. Absolutely terrible, this is the worst way to go when it comes to psych care
