Dr. Bertsch is a great listener and expertly combines cognitive therapy with medication management. Instead of imposing his view and blandly scribbling down a list of medicines, he takes patient concerns into considerations and carefully goes through pros and cons. A very friendly and approachable figure to have on your side!
