What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Clinical Neuropsychologist who specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of mental health conditions and neurological disorders. I provide long-term and short-term evidenced based psychotherapy and rehabilitation services to adults who are experiencing either common mental health issues (e.g. depression, anxiety, life transition, grief & loss, interpersonal concerns, dealing with a medical condition, adjustment issues) or who are rehabilitating from a neurological insult (e.g. stroke, acquired traumatic brain injury, ect). As a native Spanish speaker, I provide services in English and Spanish.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the first sessions, we will discuss your history, concerns and goals for treatment. Then we will work collaboratively to reach your goals and improve your well being. Initial evaluation is 60 minutes Follow up sessions are 45 minutes
