About Dr. Marco Dominguez
Marco Antonio Dominguez, MD, attended the McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), earning his medical degree in 2022. He remained at UTHealth to complete his internship and Internal Medicine residency in 2025. Dr. Dominguez joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Internal Medicine department in September 2025.
Growing up, Dr. Dominguez witnessed how hard it was to access quality, compassionate medical care, so in deciding to become a physician, he determined to become a small part of the solution, to do right by his patients and community. As an internist, he provides primary care to adult patients, including well care and sick care. He treats a wide range of adult conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid problems, and asthma, in addition to everyday concerns such as the common cold, joint pain, fatigue, and more. Along with the variety that comes with practicing primary care, Dr. Dominguez most enjoys building trusting, long-term relationships with patients and guiding them to greater well-being.
Dr. Dominguez is honest and dependable with his patients, so they know that each time they see him, they are being heard. His approach to care is evidence based and collaborative, ensuring that care is focused on what’s best for his patients.
Dr. Dominguez loves food, so in his free time, he likes to try out as many different restaurants as he can. So that he can keep loving food, he also likes exercising at the gym and playing with his chihuahua.
