Office staff great. 48 min wait time to see a careless provider for 5 minutes. Never going back. Hoping my prescription is sent to my pharmacy. Still waiting.

I did not get online questionnaire to complete ahead of office visit so I had to do that in the office on an electronic tablet, which took time. Office staff yelled to ask if I was finished from behind the desk rather than calling me to the desk to inquire. Office was small and noisy. Workers were loud talking to each other and to patients checking in and out.
Marcus Ortez , the PA I saw, was in a hurry. He missed a place on my face that I had to point out to him. He did not mention a place on my chest that looks troubling to me. He was on his way out the door as I was asking questions. He seemed uninterested and did not take the time I had expected since I was a new patient. His whole body check took five minutes... I made an appointment for a year out, but I have no intention of returning. I will look for another place where hopefully I will have a better experience.

I saw Marcus Ortiz PA and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs dermatology! He was very knowledgeable. He listened an ask questions, he did not dismiss my issue and was very thorough. My wait time was less than 10 minutes before being called back then the PA came in very quickly! Everyone from check in to check out were nice and professional!

Front desk and check out staff had the personality of a toad sucking lemons.
Could not make the front desk lady understand we booked through zocdoc . She couldn’t figure out why me or several others in the waiting room had not completed a medication sheet, and other paperwork they require. Myself and 2 other patients explained we were only asked to provide insurance cards and drivers license. We still had to do it again in the office. We were given an IPad to complete multiple items. The actual Dr. was great. He was friendly and answered all my questions.
