“I saw Marcus Ortiz PA and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs dermatology! He was very knowledgeable. He listened an ask questions, he did not dismiss my issue and was very thorough. My wait time was less than 10 minutes before being called back then the PA came in very quickly! Everyone from check in to check out were nice and professional! ”

Front desk and check out staff had the personality of a toad sucking lemons.
Could not make the front desk lady understand we booked through zocdoc . She couldn’t figure out why me or several others in the waiting room had not completed a medication sheet, and other paperwork they require. Myself and 2 other patients explained we were only asked to provide insurance cards and drivers license. We still had to do it again in the office. We were given an IPad to complete multiple items. The actual Dr. was great. He was friendly and answered all my questions.
