    I had scheduled an appointment with this practitioner 3 days before I was supposed to meet with her. I got a call the morning of my appointment from the receptionist confirming my insurance, they notified me they needed to give my insurance a call. From there, my appointment was at 12pm. I made it to the office and her colleague informed me that the practitioner wasn’t in today and that she’d give me a call. This was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable for me because it took a lot of effort and courage to show up. The colleague notified me that the practitioner would give me a call and she did a few minutes later. On the phone, we discussed that she’d be giving my insurance a call for an update and would inform me of the status. She did not inform me of why she didn’t show up to our appointment and never called me back unfortunately. I can’t recommend this person because I’m unsure of how her services are, however, my experience prior to formally meeting her were unpleasant.
